What we store

Legacy Draft is a football draft game. To run a game and show leaderboards, we store:

Manager name and team name — whatever you type in when creating or joining a game. These are shown to other managers in your game and, if your season qualifies, on the public leaderboard.
Game state — your squad, draft picks, formation, kit colours, and match results, for as long as the game is active or recently finished.
Leaderboard entries — manager name, team name, final points, and season record, kept indefinitely so the leaderboard has a history.
Optional social handle — if you choose to add a Twitter/X handle or display name to a leaderboard entry, we store what you enter.
An hourly-rotating hashed IP — used only to count unique daily visits. The hash can't be reversed to your real IP, and it isn't linked to your manager name or game data.

Signing in (optional)

You can play Legacy Draft entirely without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google or X (via Firebase Authentication), we store:

The name, email address, and profile photo your provider (Google or X) shares with us — we don't set a password of our own, since sign-in is handled entirely by the provider you choose.
Your season history — team name, formation, final position, points, W/D/L record, goals for/against, squad rating, and top scorer for each completed season — linked to your account so you can view it under "My seasons."

Signing in is only used to save your own season history and, optionally, attach your name/handle to leaderboard entries. We don't use it for advertising or share it with anyone else. You can sign out at any time from the account menu.

What we don't do

No cookies of our own — if you sign in with Google or X, those providers set their own session cookies as part of the sign-in flow, outside our control, per their own privacy policies.
No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
No selling or sharing your data with third parties.

Sharing features

If you use "Post on X," "WhatsApp," "Copy link," or "Save image" on the results screen, that action happens through your device's own share sheet or clipboard — we don't see or store anything about who you shared with or where.

Feedback and bug reports

If you email us via the feedback link, we receive whatever you choose to send in that email (and your email address, since that's how email works). We use it only to read and respond to your feedback.
